Born in Scotland and trained at Glasgow, I began my career in Paediatric Intensive Care and Neonatal Intensive Care before relocating to Australia in 2013.

Consultations can be invoiced directly and you may be able to claim back from your health fund. Coverage varies between funds, so it is worth checking with yours beforehand.
Medicare rebates are available for eligible patients. To access rebates for telehealth consultations, patients are required to have seen Elayne in person at least once in the preceding 12 months. Exceptions apply for patients in remote or very remote areas, during declared natural disasters, and in circumstances such as a public health emergency. Consultations that do not meet these requirements are billed privately.
Bulk billing is available for certain patients and conditions. Please get in touch to find out whether this applies to you.
